Delivery Policy

We pride ourselves with our quick response with orders placed with us. In most circumstances once payment details have been approved we manage to dispatch goods the working day after the order is placed, goods are sent on a next day service.  In the rare event that goods ordered are not in stock you will be informed of any delay and will have the opportunity to reconsider the order.

Delivery charges to UK Mainland will be £9.00 + VAT per consignment for orders up to the value of £100.00 (Goods only). Orders over £100.00 will be delivered free of charge.

Orders outside UK Mainland will involve additional carriage costs and will be quoted on an order by order basis. Customers always have the opportunity to arrange their own shipping.

Exports

We will send goods anywhere in the world and a total price including shipping and VAT (if applicable) can be given on request.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and we want you the customer to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you want to return your purchase you have the right to do so within 10 days of receiving the goods provided it is returned undamaged. Returning goods safely is the customer’s responsibility and we recommend using a method which provides a proof of delivery system, as we can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit. If in the very rare occasion the need to return goods is due to faulty workmanship or an error on our part we will arrange collection at our expense and send a replacement free of charge. Faulty or damaged goods will need to be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt.
